Please review our policies to ensure your best service and experience at our salon.

Reservations

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your appointment at the conclusion of your last experience or with us. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest.  All spa experiences are subject to availability.

Salon and Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling

As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation of your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule a reservation, a 24 hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations. A deposit is required for some services. A charge of at least 50% of service will be charged for any NO show appointments.

Salon and Spa Arrivals

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For new guest, please allow 20 minutes to accommodate completion of your new guest profile. Delayed arrival will limit time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Spa robes, slippers, and beverages are provided for your comfort. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs/conditions, i.e. pregnancies, sensitivities, or aggressive Medications, they need to consider prior to your services. We recommend all valuable items be left at home. Starlight is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Salon and Spa Requirements

We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. All cell phones or pagers must be turned to silent or vibrate in order to not disturb other guests of the spa. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Salon and Spa Payments and Gratuity

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, most major credit cards, and Starlight gift cards. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of our guests. Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice.
